VEGAN RAW CHOCOLATE TART

Ingredients:

For the tart:

  • ½ cup almonds
  • ½ cup walnuts
  • ½ cup blonde raisins
  • 1 ½ Tbsp cocoa powder

For the cream:

  • 210 gr. unsweetened almond milk
  • 85 gr. dark chocolate 70% or higher
  • 120 gr. seedless dates

In food processor add the nuts and raisins until soft crumbly mixture. Then add the cocoa powder and mix until incorporated. Remove and add in tart molds covered with parchment paper, form the tart with your fingers and firmly press. Store it in the fridge for 10 to 20 minutes.

After that, in a food blender add the dates with the almond milk and blend until smooth. Meanwhile you melt the chocolate and add it to the first mixture and keep stirring until smooth and silky cream is created.

Pour the chocolate mixture into the tarts until the brim and return them to the fridge to thicken.

Carefully remove the tarts from the molds by grabbing them from the parchment paper. Decorate with fruits and nuts.
