Our facilitators are wellness leaders, scientists, healers, teachers, and movement experts from around the world — all brought together by a shared mission: to help you feel vibrant, connected, and aligned with your highest self.

She is a former Broadway performer who turned to meditation after experiencing burnout. Her journey led her to Rishikesh, India, where she trained extensively in meditation. Since then, she has developed her own method—Ziva Meditation—which blends mindfulness, meditation, and manifesting techniques. She is dedicated to making meditation accessible and effective, particularly for high performers seeking to reduce stress and enhance their productivity and well-being.

Creator of the “Shakti Yoga” method, a heart-centered vinyasa practice rooted in deep spirituality. Janet creates a nurturing and empowering environment, sharing from the depth of
her own sadhana (sustained practice), her devotion to the eight-limbed path, and her creative approach to asana.

Founder of The Class, a globally recognized, music-driven somatic practice that regulates the nervous system and unlocks transformation. For over 25 years, Taryn has been exploring the alchemy of body, mind, and spirit through movement, breath, and sound.
Taryn’s session JULY 5-6: She integrates a unique combination of movement, breath, music, and sound release to create physical, mental, and emotional openings. Her practice challenges the body while nurturing the emotions, with a strong emphasis on the mind-body connection.

She holds a PhD in the neuroscience of movement, dance, and music from the University of Helsinki. She is leading brain research projects at top institutions in leading neuroscience journals. Alongside, she has spent two decades practicing dance, martial arts, and meditative/healing movement disciplines across cities like Tokyo, Berlin, Barcelona, and New
York.

He loves music since childhood, beginning classical violin, theory, and harmony lessons at age 10. His first experience with Peter Hess® Tibetan singing bowls revealed a powerful healing tool. He is certified Children’s Sound Relaxation Coach and a member of both the International Sound Healers Association and the International Association of Sound Massage Therapy.
Niko’s session JULY 3-5: A unique sound healing experience with Tibetan sighing bowls for the absolute relaxation and mindfulness.

She specializes in Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, and Ashtanga Yoga, meditation, and breathwork. She organizes many yoga retreats that she combines movement, mindfulness,
meditation and connection with nature.
