We suggest some tips for harnessing the essence of the earth element:

  • Think less about what you want and more about what you need.
  • Find a daily rhythm that you can enjoy which includes little rituals which fill you with joy – a cup of tea, a walk in nature, time spent playing with your children, a book before bed.
  • Try to eat and go to bed at the same time every day. Your body will love the security of this routine.
  • Connect with the spoils of the earth – whether through gardening or cooking stay connected to the real and the natural. Eat what is seasonal and fresh, preferably organic.
  • Introduce a monthly informal but beautiful supper with friends or family. Invite everyone, in the spirit of togetherness, to contribute to the meal.
