Designed to restore and reignite, this group retreat can be added and layered to one of our existing programmes or enjoyed by itself and customized with additional treatments. Your itinerary takes place for 3 hours every morning, leaving your afternoons free.

This retreat aims to release negative emotions, stress, tension, and anxiety that have built up, perhaps even sub consciously. Combining meditation, breath work and body work, journaling, creativity, symbolism, and surprises, you will be nurtured back to feeling like yourself again – renewed, restored, and re-energized. Perhaps you’ve had too much time alone, or too little time alone. Perhaps you feel to have been living with panic and fear for too long. Or you would like to reimagine your life’s purpose. This retreat will help you feel safe and secure and ready to start a new chapter full of optimism, passion, and intent.
