During a PNOE test, you’ll typically follow these steps:

A Note On Our Signature Nutritional Analysis And Assessment (3GL)
Our signature approach to personalised nutrition is based on the patented ‘3GL’ test, a pinprick blood test which measure the three most important biomarkers for metabolic health: glucose, glutathione and glycogen, as well as a simple urine sample which measures more than 12 active metabolites and metabolically significant amino acids.
